1. Q: Why Fashion Bop?
A: We are a professional Buy Agency located in Guangzhou, China, and would keep you away from tons of trouble, especially dealing with many Chinese local suppliers at the same time, we could gather the stocks up for you in one batch/shipment/package, save you much money on international shipping cost, and we could offer best discount on freight too. With high-efficiency communication and good service, we believe that you’ll make the right decision.
2. Q: What’s your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: It depends on the site you chose, and we have to follow their wholesale rules/guide, we usually write it in each introduction, you could check with yourselves.
3. Q: Do you guys charge any service fees like other agency?
A: No, it’s free of charge. Because we want to build our reputation worldwide. But if you like, you could donate through PayPal on Payment page.
4. Q: How to place orders with you guys?
A: Please check out our “How to Order?” page, you will get the information you need.
5. Q: If I were in Guangzhou, can I go to your company and get the stock directly?
A: Sorry, we are just the Fashion Buy Agency. It depends on the suppliers you chose, if we were available on schedule, we will happy to assist you and take you to the office of that supplier, and provide guide and translation service, but we should be clear that those kinda service is not free.
6. Q: How do you deliver my orders, and how much freight?
A: We could deliver by EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, and also Sea Cargo(when large quantity like 50kg+).

7. Q: Does your website has any other available languages except English?
A: There is a “Translate” button on the bottom of each post and page, right below the Bookmark icons, you could click it to change into your own language, if it’s not there, please contact us to add it into the list. But this is just a language plugin, usually just machine translate. (under test)
8. Q: What if I got the wrong items or bad quality?
A: We will be very careful especially dealing more and more orders, if you received any bad quality items, we will help you to negotiate with the sellers. We don’t guarantee that we could exchange or refund from them, but we will do our best. Plus it’s not worth to just send one item back to China.
9. Q: What’s your OEM/ODM service?
A: OEM means that you let the suppliers manufacture those styles they already have(usually out of stock on their wholesale website), of course in large quantities, they could also offer custom-made tags; ODM means that you got your own designs, and want the supplier to produce just for yourself, custom tags too, it also requires large quantities, like hundreds for each design.
10. Q: Is there any difference from Chinese sizes to mine?
A: Yes, Chinese sizes are usually different from other countries’. Please check out the following size charts(clothes & shoes), click to view full images.

11. Q: Do you guys could apply Certificate of Origin? How about the charge?
A: Yes, we could apply Certificate of Origin for you, and it charges 150RMB per one(recommend it for large orders), because we got it from the Chamber of Commerce of China. By the way, if you are from The Europe Union and order clothes or fiber products, you must get the C.O., no matter how much you order, because it’s required by the Custom, for more details, please contact your local custom.
12. Q: What’s wrong with the navigator of your website? it’s messed up!
A: You must still use IE 5.0/6.0, right? Our site doesn’t support those old IE versions that good any more, especially our navigator bar. Please upgrade into IE 7.0/8.0 (Click here!), or you could use other browsers like Firefox, Maxthon, Apple Safari, Google Chrome and Theworld.
13. Q: Why you charge 3% to 6% transaction fee since you are free fashion buyer?
A: Yes, we are free fashion buyer, our service is absolutely free. But we don’t think it’s reasonable for us to cover those transaction /cashout fees. We don’t even charge you any other fees at the first place. Your understanding will be appreciated.
14. Q: How do I know all my Taobao items are from the same seller?
A: You could see this taobao ID (example as below) at the left top site of their store/item page, if the ID is the same, then all your items are from the same seller.
15. Q: I can’t see the member price on some of your suppliers’ websites, what can I do?
A: Some of our suppliers’ websites, we have to login to check out all the price. So please contact us and we will offer you our public accounts to check all the price on each website… But please don’t change any info.
16. Q: Can you buy and deliver anything to us?
A: Yeah, almost anything, But no weapons, meds/drugs, liquids/powder, or any other restrict items in China.
17. Q: How come your exchange rate so low (1:6.65), I find 6.7 even 6.8 on some other exchange site.?
A: Those international exchange rate sites, not that accurate… they didn’t even change when we changed already for a while.. Please do the exchange rage according to our local ones, that will make sure of the full payment.
18. Q: Can I submit/publish something I write for myself on your site?
A: Yes, you could. We just open this section now, anymore who are interested in fashion & tips, could register on our site, and become our contributors, and submit your articles and presses to our FASHION TIPS&NEWS for free! But no sexual or violent stuff, or any other non related.
