0. Q: I can’t read Chinese, how can I choose items?
A: we already listed the categories links in English on each introduction pages, you only need to check out the styles pictures, and prices (in Chinese yuan/RMB). And you could also use Google Translate. (http://translate.google.com/)
1. Q: Why choose Fashion Bop? Why I trust you, I don’t know whether you are scammer too or not?
A: We are a professional buy agency located in Guangzhou, China, and keep you away from tons of trouble, especially dealing with many Chinese local suppliers at the same time, we could gather all the stocks up for you in one batch/shipment/package, save you much money on international shipping cost, and we could offer best discount on freight too. With high-efficiency communication skills and better customer service, plus service fees free! We believe that you will make the right decision.

2. Q: What’s your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A: It depends on the site you chose, and we have to follow their wholesale rules/guide, we usually write it in each introduction, you could check with yourselves. It’s usually 10 pcs.
3. Q: Do you guys charge any service fees like other agencies? How much?
A: No, it’s currently Free charge of Service fees! only if you let us take in full charge of your order included deliver Directly to you(it means using our own delivery agency) meanwhile becoming our subscriber member (Join free), we could offer so because we can get some commission from our own delivery agent. And we also want to build our reputation worldwide. But if you like, you could always donate through PayPal on Payment page, or add a certain amount into the final payment of your order. We appreciate that.
Our service would be basically free if you use our international express service; But if you use your own cargo company, air cargo or sea cargo, we would charge an operation fee of 8% out of the total, because we can’t get any commission from any sides; if your orders are very large like with containers, we would offer discount fees from 5% to 8%.

5. Q: If I were in Guangzhou, can I go to your company and get the stock directly?
A: Sorry, we are just the Fashion Buy Agency. It depends on the suppliers you chose, if we were available on schedule, we will happy to assist you and take you to the office of that supplier, and provide guide and translation service, but we should be clear that those kinda service is not free.
6. Q: How do you deliver my orders, and how much freight?
A: We could deliver by EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, CITYLINK, DRAGON LINK, DPEX, and also Air Cargo and Sea Cargo(when large quantity like 100kg+). Anyway, larger package, cheaper unit freight. Please contact us for details.

7. Q: Does your website has any other available languages except English?
A: There is a “Translate” button under the title of each post and page, you could click it to change into your own language in the dropdown menu, if it’s not there, please contact us to add it into the list. But this is just a language plugin, usually just machine translate. (under test)
8. Q: What if I got the wrong items or bad quality?
A: We will be very careful especially dealing more and more orders, if you received any bad quality items, we will help you to negotiate with the sellers. We don’t guarantee that we could exchange or refund from them, but we will do our best. Plus it’s not worth to just send one item back to China, because the international freight is too high. Please try to take some photos and of damaged goods, we will keep as your proof, we will credit the amount into your balance for your future orders after our confirmation.
9. Q: What’s your OEM/ODM service?
A: OEM means that you let the suppliers manufacture those styles they already have(usually out of stock on their wholesale website), of course in large quantities, they could also offer custom-made tags; ODM means that you got your own designs, and want the supplier to produce just for yourself, custom tags too, it also requires large quantities, like hundreds for each design.
10. Q: Is there any difference from Chinese sizes to mine? Size charts?
A: Yes, Chinese sizes are usually different from other countries’. Please check out the following size charts(clothes & shoes), click to view full images.

11. Q: Do you guys could apply Certificate of Origin(C.O.)? How about the charge?
A: Yes, we could apply Certificate of Origin for you, and it charges 150RMB per one(recommend it for large orders), because we got it from the Chamber of Commerce of China. By the way, if you are from The Europe Union and order clothes or fiber products, you must get the C.O., no matter how much you order, because it’s required by the Custom, for more details, please contact your local custom.
12. Q: What’s wrong with the navigator of your website? it’s messed up!
A: You must still use IE 5.0/6.0, right? Our site doesn’t support those old IE versions that good any more, especially our navigator bar. Please upgrade into IE 7.0/8.0 (Click here!), or you could use other browsers like Firefox, Maxthon, Apple Safari, Google Chromeand Theworld.
13. Q: Why you charge 3% to 6% transaction fee(paypal) since you are free fashion buyer?
A: Yes, we are free fashion buyer, our service is free. But we don’t think it’s reasonable for us to cover those transaction /cashout fees. We don’t even charge you any other fees at the first place. Your understanding will be appreciated.
14. Q: How do I know all my Taobao items are from the same seller? How to check their reputation?
A: You could see this taobao ID (example as below) at the top site of their store/item page, if the ID is the same, then all your items are from the same seller. Buying from the same supplier will save you local freight. Reputation grade starts from heart , diamond to crown, and crown is the best (sellers’ icon is in blue, buyers in golden).
And by the way, our taobao buyer ID already in very good reputation with 4 gold diamonds and growing rapidly due to your support! And we are also VIPs to many local wholesalers & suppliers as well. Thanks again!
15. Q: I can’t see the member price on some of your suppliers’ websites, what can I do?
A: Some of our suppliers’ websites, we have to login to check out all the price. So please contact us and we will offer you our public accounts to check all the price on the website… But please don’t change any info.
16. Q: Can you buy and deliver anything for us?
A: Yeah, almost anything, but no weapons, meds/drugs, liquids/powder, or any other restrict items in China.
17. Q: How come your exchange rate so low, I find 6.7 even 6.8 on some other exchange site.?
A: Those international exchange rate sites, not that accurate… they didn’t even change for monthes when we changed already for a long time.. Please do the exchange rage according to our local ones, that will make sure of the full payment. We usually will update the exchange rate with Chinese Local Banks which over 1 week.
18. Q: Can I submit/publish something I write for myself on your site?
A: Yes, you could. We just open this section now, anymore who are interested in fashion & tips, could register on our site, and become our contributors, and submit your articles and presses to our FASHION TIPS&NEWS for free! But no sexual or violent stuff, or any other non related. Login our site, and click “Add New” under Post tag.
19. Q: What’s the difference among pure silver, 925 silver, Miao silver, Tibet silver and Thai silver?
A: Pure silver as its own meaning, 99.9% silver, very soft and easily to be oxidated; 925 silver is as its meaning too, 92.5% silver, much harder; Miao silver usually 20%–60% silver, 90% tops; Tibet silver 30% ; Thai silver 99.9%.
20. Q: Why don’t you guys do the payment like others, 1st payment & 2nd payment?
A: We know they doing this is for gaining more trust that way, but they didn’t think about the transaction fees.. It cost so much more fees to let the customers do the payment by twice. Not recommended at all. We just want to do long terms business, so you could send the payment once to save you much fees. As matter of fact, this payment tricks didn’t help at all, if they were scammers, they will scam you anyway, the real solution is finding the reliable China agency asap!
21. Q: What’s your working time? and what’s GTM +8?
A: We working from 12:00AM — 24:00PM, Mon-Fri, Beijing-Guangzhou-China Time, GTM +8. GTM +8 means Standard Time is 8 hours ahead Greenwich Mean Time.
22. Q: How about the Custom and Tax? Do I need to pay tax?
A: We usually will help you reduce or avoid tax, like lower the invoice amount. But can’t be guaranteed. As we know, those civil packages are usually tax free, but not comercial packages(like 10kg+ would be more likely treated so). For more details, you could contact the local custom.
23. Q: How to cancel my order if I don’t want to continue? Order Cancellation?
A: If you still didn’t pay your order, you could just leave it where it is, it’s ok. But if you already confirmed with us and paid, so sorry we can’t cancel it anyway, you could change your order if you want to.
24. Q: What’s restricted items? what if we have to buy those?
A: Custom restricted items included: weapons, explosives, drugs, unidentified powder & liquids, radiomaterial, corrosive, sexual/reactionary items, historical relic, oxidizer, etc. If you really need those, we may help on that, but the freight would be higher than normal.
25. Q: What’s QQ? and how to get an account? is it free?
A: QQ is the most popular instant messenger app in China, similar to ICQ. You could sign up an account here at http://www.imqq.com for free! and download the app here at: http://download.imqq.com/download.shtml, QQ intl is in English, so you won’t have any problems at all.
